Henri Kaes Wines Estate
Founded in 1898, Domaine Kaes has committed since 2010 to 100% organic viticulture, completely abandoning chemical molecules.
The family manages 7.5 hectares of vines spread across several Alsace terroirs, with hand-harvested grapes to preserve quality. The wines carry the Alsace appellation, made from the region's seven traditional grape varieties. The estate highlights terroir-driven wines with distinct profiles, such as the Grand Cru Bruderthal, Taubenstein, and cuvées like the “Réserve,” late harvests, as well as seasonal creations Prélude d’hiver and Grains d’automne. Besides still wines, Kaes also offers Alsace crémant and eaux-de-vie.
Visitors can freely explore the cellar and vineyard without prior reservation and taste the wines on site. The estate also welcomes groups up to 50 people.
