Henriette Street

Henriette Street is one of the oldest streets in the City, with the first known mention dating back to the year 1300.

Its history was further enriched on March 15, 1798, when it was renamed in honor of Henriette Reber, the first child born in Mulhouse after the city returned to France. This choice commemorates a significant event in local history.

The street also preserves a relic of its guild past: the old stove of the Winemakers' guild, which recalls the importance of trades and guilds in Mulhouse's life of yesteryear.
