Hoffen
Perched in the heart of Green Alsace, Hoffen is a small village that enchants with its authenticity and picturesque setting.
Its large, well-preserved half-timbered houses line the main street, offering a typical architectural display of the region. Some facades even feature discreet explanatory panels highlighting the historical details of these homes.
In summer, the village comes alive with colorful geraniums adorning residents' windows and old well sweeps, reminders of a rural past.
At the center of this scene, a 200-year-old lime tree dominates the square, adding a majestic touch to this idyllic tableau.
The TER line connecting Wissembourg to Strasbourg directly serves Hoffen, making access to this Alsatian gem easy.
