This detached house, set in a green and flower-filled environment, occupies a central position in the historic village. It is all on one level and offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a baby cot, another with two single beds, and the third accessible through the second bedroom, also with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, while a separate toilet completes the indoor facilities.

Central heating is charged extra, at €40 per week during off-season and school holidays. Outside, the property offers parking in a closed courtyard, a terrace with garden furniture, a green space, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. A walking trail starts on site.
