House "Grandpa's Workshop"

This former workshop, fully renovated, welcomes you to a charming, modern, and functional house. Air-conditioned and equipped with central heating, it is located in a quiet small village, just a two-minute drive from the A35 motorway. Perfect for a peaceful stay, it is ideally situated 13 km from Colmar, 10 km from Eguisheim, and 18 km from Germany, offering easy access to the main attractions of the region.

On the ground floor, the private courtyard, furnished with garden seating, a table, chairs, and an electric barbecue, serves as the entrance to the house. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with a bar space opens onto a comfortable living room featuring a smart TV, a sofa bed (80-160x200 cm), and two separate sofas. A toilet and a washbasin complete this floor, along with a storage/laundry room.

The upper floor, accessible through the kitchen, offers in sequence a large bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a smart TV, followed by a dressing room with a sofa bed (80-160x200 cm). The bathroom, equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet, is only accessible through the bedroom or the dressing room.

If booking for four people, please note that the bathroom is only accessible from the first-floor bedroom, but a toilet and washbasin are available on the ground floor near the living room for added convenience.

The rental includes a furnished private courtyard and a parking space. In winter, the vehicle can be parked in the courtyard, while in summer, it must be parked in the designated parking space as the courtyard is then occupied by outdoor equipment.
