Sylvie and Philippe welcome you to this contemporary house built in 2020, ideal for a stay between Colmar and Mulhouse. It can accommodate up to six people in a modern and functional setting.

The ground floor is organized around a large 45 m² living area, combining a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, dishwasher, and various appliances), a dining area, and a living room. A separate toilet and a storage room complete this bright and practical space.

Upstairs, three bedrooms offer optimal comfort with high-quality bedding and included linens. The first bedroom offers a 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds with storage, the second a 160 cm bed or two 80 cm beds, and the third two 80 cm beds.

Upon request, made at least one week before arrival, beds can be joined or separated according to your needs. A bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet completes this floor. The property also features a garden with a terrace, a vehicle shelter, and parking including an electric charging station.

A second detached house, located a few meters away and identical in layout, is available depending on availability. Renting both simultaneously doubles the capacity to twelve people. The village offers various shops and services, while in Ensisheim, just 4 km away, you will find several restaurants and a home pizza delivery service.
