HUMBRECHT-TRAPP Wines and Sons
The Humbrecht-Trapp House was established in 1949, but its history goes back much further: the Humbrecht family has been cultivating vines from father to son since 1620. Today, Patrick Humbrecht manages the estate daily, supported by his wife and parents. Their 7.5-hectare vineyard has been undergoing conversion to organic farming since 2020, with certification expected for the 2023 vintage.
Additionally, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE) since 2019.
Patrick Humbrecht, who officially joined the estate, leaves his mark while relying on the valuable advice and experience of his parents. His goal remains unchanged: to produce wines with passion and respect. Humbrecht-Trapp offers a wide range of Alsace wines, combining tradition and gastronomy.
