This 100 m² duplex cottage occupies the 2nd and top floor of a quiet residence without an elevator, right in the heart of the wine route.

Ideally located just a two-minute walk from Kaysersberg's old town, it is 15 minutes from Colmar and one hour from Strasbourg.

Close to all shops and amenities, the accommodation is spread over two levels.

On the first floor, an entrance with a closet leads to an open living space: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living room with TV, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a private shower room. A small laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a central vacuum and a separate toilet complete this floor. Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms are available: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double sink, plus a separate toilet and a mezzanine with a sofa bed for two, are also arranged here. On request, a baby kit (travel cot, bathtub, and high chair) can be provided. Two secure parking spaces, one outdoor and one underground, are included. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
