Ile Napoléon District

This neighborhood emerged in the early 1930s when a major railway depot was built there. Today, only the workers' houses remain from that period, bearing witness to this first phase of development.

In the 1960s, the district experienced a new boost with the establishment of Peugeot factories, marking a second stage of its expansion.
