Instan'T Gourmand Tea Room - Domaine du Moulin

Comfortably settled on the shaded terrace in the heart of the landscaped park of the Domaine du Moulin hotel-restaurant, or in a cozy room with large windows opening onto the surrounding nature, enjoy a relaxing moment.

The tea room welcomes you to savor homemade pastry creations: cakes, ice creams, macarons, and other treats, accompanied by your favorite drink from a wide selection. Hot and cold beverages are offered to satisfy all tastes: quality teas and coffees, various cocktails, beers, and fresh fruit juices. All desserts are made on-site, combining creativity and expertise for a high-end result. You can enjoy them on-site or take them away.

Upon request, the pastry shop also prepares entremets to enhance your special events such as birthdays. Finally, the L’Instan’T Gourmand shop complements the offer with homemade savory products: foie gras, smoked salmon, terrines, charcuterie, as well as a selection of Alsatian specialties like kougelhopfs, travel cakes, local honey, jams, and homemade biscuits.
