The Jacques Ziegler Winery is committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, incorporating the lunar calendar to align with natural cycles.

After obtaining organic certification for the 2021 vintage, the estate is continuing its transition towards biodynamics.

Its vineyards, located at Bollenberg—a Natura 2000 protected site—as well as in the grand cru Pfingstberg and Lippelsberg, enjoy optimal sunlight throughout the year.
