Jean-Baptiste Adam Estate

Nestled on the Alsace Wine Route in Ammerschwihr, the Jean-Baptiste Adam estate embodies over four centuries of winemaking history.

Founded in 1614, this family-run house has seen fifteen generations of passionate winemakers pass down a unique heritage where tradition and innovation blend.

Its cellars house majestic century-old oak vats, symbols of ancestral expertise preserved through the ages.

Today, the estate combines respect for traditional methods with the adoption of modern technologies to craft exceptional wines.

For several years, the vines have been cultivated biodynamically, and the estate is certified organic (AB) as well as Demeter.

Among its flagship cuvées is the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf from Ammerschwihr, a symbol of an exceptional terroir.

Since 2004, Maison Adam has taken a new step by fully committing to these environmentally respectful practices while continuing an unending quest for perfection.

Jean-Baptiste Adam is not just a name: it is an essential reference in Alsatian viticulture, where every bottle embodies 400 years of passion and heritage.
