The first floor includes three bedrooms: bedroom 4, with a double bed, toilet, balcony, and a small adjoining room for a baby; bedroom 3, with two single beds; and bedroom 2, with a double bed. A bathroom and separate toilets complete this floor.

The ground floor features bedroom 1, with a double bed and a washbasin, along with separate toilets and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

The living-dining room, furnished with a TV and DVD player, opens onto a kitchen equipped with a microwave and a dining area. Central heating is included in the rental.

In the basement, a dryer and a freezer are available.

Outside, a garden furnished with outdoor furniture, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and children's games invites relaxation. Secure parking is also provided within the enclosed courtyard. Finally, bicycles of all sizes are available free of charge to explore the surroundings.
