Joëlle WERNER - Pleine Nature Equicoaching
The equicoaching offered by Pleine Nature Equicoaching is an original personal and professional development approach where the horse plays a central role.
Unlike a traditional riding session, this method is practiced on foot in a secure space. The horse, a living and sensitive partner, acts as a mirror of our emotions and behaviors, responding authentically to what we project. Without judgment or expectation, it reflects our intentions, confidence, or stress, providing immediate feedback on how we are and communicate.
Guided by an experienced coach, equicoaching allows participants to try exercises designed to raise awareness of their patterns, test new behaviors, and progress toward greater confidence, clarity, leadership, or stress management. This method is suitable for individuals seeking well-being, teams wanting to strengthen cohesion, or professionals aiming to improve communication.
The experience takes place in nature, in a calming setting where every interaction with the horse becomes an opportunity for learning and transformation. Sessions can be held in any weather, including in a covered arena, to ensure participants' comfort and safety.
