Joséphine's Delights

Les Délices de Joséphine is a company born from a daughter's affection for her adoptive mother, an excellent cook with a big heart.

Today, Monique continues this legacy by upholding the family culinary tradition through gourmet products: jams, compotes, syrups, and a unique gingerbread.

Each creation is made respecting traditional methods, favoring fruits mainly from local farms, whether organic or sustainably grown. The artisanal honey used is also a mark of quality, and no coloring or preservatives are added to preserve the authenticity of the flavors.

Monique's products have been awarded multiple times: she won Best Gingerbread in Alsace in 2010, Best Jam Maker in France in 2017, and first prize at the Marmiton contest in 2016. Her jams were also awarded at the Agriculture Fair in 2023 and 2024.
