Judenmatt Farm

Judenmatt Farm is a 65-hectare agricultural operation located in the Rouffach plain. It operates as a training farm facing the economic realities of the sector, with two main workshops: large-scale crops and organic poultry farming, following the Plumes Bio Grand Est standards. The broiler chickens are raised according to organic standards and offered for sale in various forms. You can purchase products directly on-site on Fridays from 2 PM to 6 PM, from September to June. They are also available at the Pflixbourg Gardens in Wintzenheim. It is recommended to check the sales points' opening hours before visiting.
