Juste là

The traveling restaurant "Juste là" tours Alsatian markets to offer a friendly culinary experience. Each week, it sets up in Riedisheim on Wednesdays, in Rixheim on Thursdays, and at Place de la Paix in Mulhouse on Saturdays. It also takes part in various regional events, allowing people to discover its specialties elsewhere in the region.

On the menu are tasty fried carp, accompanied by a string of organic potatoes, for a simple and delicious meal to share.
