Kaltenhouse
Kaltenhouse is a village located in the historical and cultural region of Northern Alsace.
Its name is believed to come from "Kaltenhausen," a German expression literally meaning "cold houses."
However, some historians suggest a Celtic origin, "Celtic house," due to the discovery of remains dating from that era within the municipal territory.
