The space includes a large 45 m² living area equipped with a functional kitchen, perfect for social gatherings.

Three bedrooms, each measuring 15 m², ensure optimal comfort for sleeping.

A 20 m² bathroom, featuring two showers and two toilets, completes the wellness facilities.

Finally, a 60 m² multipurpose room, set up as a dojo, also offers an elliptical bike and a rowing machine to combine relaxation and physical activity.
