Kircher Mill

Established in 1740 in Ebersheim, the Kircher Mill combines tradition and modernity while preserving an ancestral craft. It now offers flours, old-fashioned breads, mill breads, and natural sourdough breads, made without additives or chemicals. These environmentally friendly products reflect over two centuries of history and commitment to quality.

A new chapter is set to begin with the opening of Clos du Moulin, an event venue, in 2026. Practical details will be announced later.
