Kirrenbourg Estate
Founded in 2015 by enthusiasts, Domaine Kirrenbourg is dedicated to showcasing Alsace's terroirs through exceptional wines.
Their approach is based on biodynamics, a philosophy that allows the vine to root deeply while fully expressing its potential, producing unique grapes and authentic wines that reflect their terroir. The estate cultivates 10 hectares of Grand Crus, including 7 on the Grand Cru Schlossberg and 3 on the Grand Cru Brand.
Parcel vinifications result in three wine ranges: Grand Cru Schlossberg, Terroir S, and Kaysersberg Roche Granitique. Two grape varieties dominate production: Pinot Noir (24%) and Riesling (51%), worked naturally to preserve the fruit's integrity.
Committed to constant excellence, the estate uses innovative equipment, such as unusual fermentation containers and a micro-winery. Although there are no guided tours, a tasting formula is offered in the heart of the cellar, allowing visitors to discover their wines acclaimed by critics.
