Kiwi Rural Cottage

Perched at 450 meters altitude on the edge of a forest, the "Kiwi" cottage is a contemporary architect-designed, independent, and unique house, entirely built of wood. Designed with an ecological approach, it offers a comfortable and peaceful setting, ideal for a refreshing getaway in nature.

Inside, the space is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, a bedroom has two single beds (200 x 80 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The garden level, accessible from outside, features a large living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. There is also a library, a TV, a wood stove for winter evenings, and a bedroom with two single beds (160 x 80 cm) that can be converted into a double bed (160 cm). This room includes a bathroom with a bathtub, double sink, and toilet.

Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a mezzanine provide additional resting spaces. The mezzanine has a 160 cm fold-out bed and a desk area with a DVD player.

Outside, the terrace is furnished with garden seating, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a swing set for children. The unfenced grounds extend into a meadow bordered by a parking area and a garage. The cottage is also located very close to a bike path, perfect for exploring the surroundings by bicycle.
