Koba Mosque
Completed in 2002, the Koba Mosque pays tribute to the first mosque built in Medina by the Prophet Muhammad.
This building, shaped as a white concrete parallelepiped, stands out for its clean architecture and high-quality materials, notably with a partial marble covering.
It offers two separate prayer spaces, one for men and one for women.
Unlike traditional mosques, it has no minaret.
Its religious identity is suggested by a crafted roof where circles and squares intertwine, and a stainless steel sphere is set within a glass cube, creating a visual dialogue between modernity and symbolism.
