This spacious 170 m², 4-star holiday home is set in a former farmhouse fully renovated in 2024. It accommodates up to 8 guests over two levels, offering premium amenities for family or friends' stays in a peaceful setting close to local conveniences just 2 km away.

The ground floor features a large open living area combining lounge, dining room, kitchen, and entrance. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a laundry room with washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board, plus a separate toilet.

Upstairs, four double bedrooms are available: three with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). A shower room, a relaxation area with sofa, books, and board games, and a separate toilet complete this floor.

Outside, a private terrace is furnished with a dining table, chairs, barbecue, and garden lounge. It provides access to a large sauna (5 seats) and a spa. The holiday home also has parking. The shared pool with the owners, measuring 7.50 m x 3.50 m x 1.50 m, is open and heated from June to September, with possible extension depending on weather. A common area offers sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, plus a jacuzzi and sauna reserved exclusively for the owners.
