Alpaslan, originally from Erstein, first worked in traditional and gourmet catering after obtaining his professional certificate.

With this experience, he chose to open his own establishment, a snack restaurant offering burgers, hot sandwiches, pizzas, and various sides.

All dishes are made from fresh, entirely homemade ingredients. A unique feature of this place is the bread, baked fresh on-site every morning, ensuring optimal quality and freshness.
