L'Hostellerie Alsacienne

Open since June 2023, L'Hostellerie Alsacienne celebrates rich and flavorful cuisine, offered through a daily menu and two à la carte options: one dedicated to Alsace Flavors and another featuring Suggestions that change with seasonal ingredients. The chef blends creativity and tradition, notably serving Flammekueche (tartes flambées) at lunch and dinner, paired with beer brewed in Alsace.

The wine list, with about 50 French selections, highlights Alsace with three local winemakers and many wines available by the glass.

The establishment charms with its elegant setting, where the main dining room, adorned with chandeliers and woodwork crafted by cabinetmakers, creates a warm atmosphere.

In summer, the shaded terrace under a large tree welcomes guests in a peaceful environment. For private events, a customizable adjoining room equipped with a screen and projection equipment can be reserved for up to 30 people.

The team of eight members serves guests with a smile and attentive care. Additionally, L'Hostellerie Alsacienne offers five short-term rental apartments, perfect for extending your stay.
