La Brasserie Restaurant (Barrière Ribeauvillé Resort)

Located between the hotel and the Barrière Ribeauvillé Casino, La Brasserie charms with its contemporary and elegant decor, featuring cream and chocolate tones, orchids on the tables, and zen photographs on the walls. The establishment fosters a warm atmosphere while offering a menu blending classic cuisine with Alsatian gourmet dishes inspired by local traditions and modern flavors. The carefully presented plates highlight dishes such as homemade spaetzle or grilled sea bass fillet accompanied by a risotto quenelle and candied fennel. Since March 2nd, La Brasserie has also hosted a monthly brunch on the first Sunday of each month. This brunch, offered as an all-you-can-eat buffet plus a plated dish served between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., is prepared by Chef David Meyer. Each edition celebrates a country and its culinary specialties, with the first edition featuring Italian flavors. The menu includes quality products, hot drinks, pastries, traditional dishes, charcuterie, cheeses, desserts, and other specialties.
