La Cave des Anges

Passionate about wine, vineyards, and gastronomy, Philippe Ball and Philippe Martzolff opened La Cave des Anges in Forstfeld in 2017.

Philippe Ball, Best Wine Merchant in the Grand Est and 4th best wine merchant in France in 2020, shares his knowledge daily in a friendly atmosphere.

Since 2021, he has been joined by Philippe Martzolff, Best Beer Expert of Alsace and 2nd in France in 2006, who brings his expertise in wines, beers, and table art, the result of fifteen years of experience in catering and a title of Best Apprentice of Alsace in 2005. Together, they offer more than 130 references of wines from Alsace, France, and beyond, about fifteen spirits, around ten craft beers, thirty cheeses, and ten varieties of dry sausages from Haute-Savoie. To accompany your meals or find gift ideas, they provide personalized advice and gift boxes or baskets, all while respecting your budget. They also carefully design gourmet platters (cheeses, grilled meats, raclettes...) for your TV snacks or to impress your guests, so you don't have to lift a finger.
