La Ferme du Haut-Village

The Christ family farm, founded in 1987 by Florian's father, has grown significantly to now have 180 dairy cows.

To support this growth, the farm has incorporated three milking robots, modernizing its facilities.

Florian, a young dynamic and innovative farmer, practices soil conservation agriculture and collaborates with neighbors to share land.

Since 2018, 30 hectares of pasture have been dedicated to grazing cows, enhancing their well-being.

The farm is also known for its methanization plant.

Recently, it diversified its activity by offering grass-fed beef for sale, available in packages or by the piece.
