La Lisière du Bois Farm

Located in Largitzen, this farm is a family business that has been operating for about twenty years.

It primarily raises and processes poultry and rabbits, and has recently started raising sheep in beautiful pastures. The rabbits are raised using traditional methods in typical hutches.

The farm practices direct sales and offers a shop where a wide variety of products can be found. Among them are whole or cut chickens, roosters, and guinea fowl, as well as specialties like guinea fowl and poultry terrines, pies, pâtés en croûte, stuffed chicken thighs, and Orloff-style turkey fillets. The shop also offers eggs, wines, fruit juices, potatoes, honey, and candies.
