The house entrance features a welcoming vestibule. On the first floor, there is a separate equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and separate toilets. The living room, with a lounge area, opens onto a 60 m² terrace, part of which is covered. On the second floor, three bedrooms are arranged: two with double beds and two with single beds.
