Perched at 700 meters altitude above Fellering, this independent cottage offers a peaceful stay in a bucolic setting. The annex, covering 27 m², includes a main room opening onto a separate kitchen and a private bathroom extended by private WC. The independent entrance allows complete autonomy in an environment where tranquility is preserved: only the rooster's crow might disturb your awakening.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Upon request, a linen package (sheets, towels, and dishcloths) is available for €20, as well as locally produced mountain honey, subject to availability.

For daily needs, all amenities are five minutes away by car in the village: bakery, supermarket, gas station, small shops, and restaurants.
