Lac Noir

Immerse yourself in a preserved natural setting by exploring Lac Noir, a glacial lake nestled at 955 meters altitude beneath the ridge of the Vosges Massif slope. Surrounded by fir forests and rocks, this lake is the source of the Lac Noir stream before it joins the Weiss. Covering 14 hectares with a depth of 45 meters, it offers breathtaking scenery.

Several hiking trails allow you to admire it: the small tour of Lac Noir, the large tour of Lac Noir, or the famous tour of the three lakes. The immersion is complete, far from urban hustle, and a small inn offers delicious dishes for a tasty break after the effort.
