Lalique Museum
Founded in the village where René Lalique established his glassworks in 1922, the Lalique Museum is dedicated to the entire body of work of this master glassmaker, with a special focus on glass art.
Its collections highlight remarkable pieces: jewelry, drawings, perfume bottles, tableware, chandeliers, radiator caps, and vases. The exhibition also offers visual immersions through large-format photographs and audiovisuals.
Visitors can relive key moments, such as the discovery of René Lalique's booth at the 1900 Universal Exposition or the 1925 Exposition of Industrial and Decorative Arts.
The museum also pays tribute to the artisans who continue this craftsmanship, notably through an interactive table dedicated to the Bacchantes vase. This tool traces, step by step, the making of this iconic 1927 piece, from the mold to the finished product, using short films and tactile experiences that illustrate the material transformations.
