This new, independent 100 m² cottage, located near the owner's house, offers a pleasant setting by a secure swimming pool.

On the ground floor, a large living-dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator), allowing for convivial meal preparation and sharing. A bedroom with a 1.60 m x 2 m bed and a shower room complete this space.

Upstairs, two bedrooms are arranged: one with two 0.90 m beds and a mezzanine for flexible use. Central heating ensures optimal comfort in all seasons.

Outside, a beautiful terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue invites relaxation, while a garden and private garage are also available.

A washing machine is provided in a laundry room dedicated to the cottages. It is possible to rent a second two-person cottage located nearby. The cottage is non-smoking, offers free Wi-Fi and a TV with TNT receiver. An additional charge of €10 per animal per day applies.
