Le Fer Rouge

Located in the heart of Colmar, Le Fer Rouge is an iconic establishment offering authentic Alsatian cuisine, all prepared on-site. The menu features traditional dishes with a twist, such as the famous Fer Rouge sauerkraut, supreme chicken with Colmar sauce and foie gras, and a Black Angus ribeye steak. Sweet lovers will also be delighted by homemade desserts, carefully crafted by the pastry chef to satisfy the most discerning palates. The restaurant welcomes guests daily from 12 PM to 10 PM, except during the Christmas market period when it does not accept reservations.
