It features free private parking with a motorized gate and remote control, as well as a spacious 12 m² terrace, blooming in summer, equipped with a solid wood garden lounge for relaxing moments in peace, overlooking a nearby park. The apartment is only 700 meters from Colmar's tourist center, offering easy access to major roads for exploring the region without difficulty. The location is perfect for discovering Colmar and the Wine Route, with picturesque villages like Turckheim (12 minutes), Eguisheim (15 minutes, voted France's favorite village in 2013), or Kaysersberg (15 minutes, voted in 2017). Other villages such as Riquewihr, Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, or Zellenberg are reachable in under 20 minutes. Castle and hiking enthusiasts can visit sites like Haut-Koenigsbourg or Hollandsbourg. Nearby, Mulhouse offers renowned museums like the Automobile Museum or the Train Museum, while Strasbourg, less than an hour away by car, is worth a visit for its cathedral, European Parliament, or the Petite France district. The Route des Crêtes, with its hiking trails and preserved landscapes, is also within reach. A tear-resistant hiking map is available upon request. For families, Europa-Park, one of the world's largest amusement parks, is about a 45-minute drive away. Inside, the apartment is bright and functional. The living room, equipped with a large bay window opening onto the terrace, includes a color TV, DVD player, high-speed Wi-Fi access, and a wide selection of cable channels, including international and themed channels. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: ceramic hob, built-in oven, 8-place dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as raclette and fondue sets. The carefully decorated bedroom is also bright thanks to its French door opening onto the terrace. It offers quality bedding, consisting of a mattress with a soft yet firm feel, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet. The bed is made upon arrival. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with storage, and a wall-mounted toilet. Cleaning products are provided. End-of-stay cleaning can be arranged on request (€40). Personalized check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be by 10:00 AM. For travelers arriving by train on Saturdays, a free shuttle service is offered to facilitate settling in. Tourist information is available on-site to help organize the stay. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season and Christmas Markets, but short stays of at least three nights are accepted outside these periods.
