Le Morillon Restaurant

Le Morillon, formerly known as Staeffele, represents a new culinary adventure in Saverne, favored by food lovers and gastronomy enthusiasts in the region. This project is driven by a team of four professionals united by a common vision: Laurent Marlot and Maxime Oberlé, leading the kitchen, along with Emmanuelle and Jean-Baptiste Becker, who serve as maître d’hôtel and sommelier respectively in the dining room.

Their gourmet and refined approach reflects a shared sensitivity, that of a restaurant that mirrors their authenticity and sincerity. Their goal? To offer their guests moments of discovery and sharing in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

To achieve this, they carefully select seasonal products, favoring short supply chains and local resources.
