This 50 m² studio with a mezzanine offers a warm and functional space to accommodate 2 to 4 people. Located in a peaceful setting at the foot of the mountains, it features an independent entrance and a cozy area, perfect for a couple or family stay.

Sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed (140x200) in the living room and two single beds (90x190) on the mezzanine.

The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, electric cooktops, microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer.

The bathroom offers a shower, separate toilet, and a washer-dryer available for use. Bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort. For relaxing evenings, a TNT TV and DVD player are available.

Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and lounge chairs allows you to enjoy the sun and mountain views.

In winter, access to nearby ski resorts is quick and convenient. Long-term rental is possible, but the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there is no PMR access.
