Le Rucher du Nideck

For three generations, Le Rucher du Nideck has embodied a family passion for beekeeping.

Founded in 1996 by Germain Schnelzauer, the operation has grown with Sabine, his wife, their daughter Émilie, and a new partner, Aurélie Cassar.

Their apiaries, located in Urmatt, produce honey that is harvested and jarred on site.

Specialists in breeding and selecting bees, they choose colonies adapted to the local climate and nectar flows, thus preserving an exceptional beekeeping expertise.
