Le Tigre Restaurant

Le Tigre reopened its doors in Strasbourg in 2018, in partnership with the historic brand Tigre Bock. This iconic venue, which shaped the city's social life until the 1960s, has regained its vitality to help preserve Alsatian heritage.

True to its original spirit, the establishment focuses on mixing audiences and generations through several spaces with distinct atmospheres: the Petit Tigre, a friendly bar around its counter; the Grand Tigre, a restaurant located under an Art Deco dome; a terrace with an intimate garden; and the cellar, a former brewing room until 1920.

Brewing craftsmanship, rooted in the site's history since 1795, is at the heart of the experience. The Fabrique Tigre Bock creates unique beers brewed on-site and renewed according to the seasons and the brewers' inspiration. On the culinary side, Alsace is expressed notably through a wood-fired tarte flambée, and Le Tigre is a member of the Confrérie du Véritable Flàmmeküeche. The establishment prioritizes local products from short supply chains, collaborating with Alsatian producers such as Moulin Herzog, Alsace Lait, and the Neuhof beekeeping farm.
