Adjoining the owner's house but independent, the apartment is located upstairs with a separate entrance.

The equipped kitchen opens onto a cozy living room with a library, hi-fi system, and a sofa bed for an extra sleeping space. A dining area is arranged there.

The bedroom, with a 140x190 cm bed, leads directly to the bathroom, which includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

The accommodation is completed by a terrace with garden furniture, internet connection, and central heating.

Bed linen and sheets can be rented on request, and baby equipment is available if needed.

Charges are included in the price, with an additional €50 per pet per day.
