Les Ateliers du Herrenfeld - ESAT of Ingwiller

Les Jardins du Herrenfeld is an organic vegetable workshop established in 2022 within the ESAT of Ingwiller. This initiative combines the production of fresh, seasonal vegetables certified organic with professional support for people with intellectual disabilities, with or without associated disorders. The crops are grown following the principles of living soil market gardening: nourishing the soil, protecting it with plant covers, and limiting mechanical interventions to preserve its structure and biodiversity. Every Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., vegetables are available for sale at the sales point located opposite the ESAT reception, Route d’Uttwiller in Ingwiller (67340). Additionally, a selection of artisanal apple juices from a local orchard in Alsace Bossue is also offered.
