This independent cottage, located on the upper floor of the owner's house, offers breathtaking views of the surroundings. Access is via a separate outdoor staircase leading to an entrance with convenient storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes four cooking plates, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, and a pleasant dining area to prepare and enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere.

The large, warm, and bright living room features a double bed (160x200 cm). An adjacent small lounge is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a multifunction TV, Wi-Fi connection, and a library for relaxing or reading moments. The functional bathroom includes a toilet, a washing machine, and necessary amenities.

Outside, a private green space awaits with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue to enjoy sunny days. The large, well-kept, and peaceful flower garden completes this pleasant setting. Enclosed private parking is also available for secure vehicle parking.

Located in Wihr-au-Val, this cottage is only 15 minutes from Colmar. Two bike paths nearby offer many opportunities for cycling or walking. Bed linens and towels are included, and the bed is made upon arrival. Two bikes are provided for your use. The owner also offers a guest room (reference 6580) in the same house.
