Les Jardins de Gaïa

In Wittisheim, in Central Alsace, the Les Jardins de Gaïa Tea House is a peaceful haven dedicated to the art of tea.

Surrounded by a bamboo grove and bordered by six Japanese gardens, it invites relaxation and contemplation. Visitors can taste recent creations or participate in a ceremony in a quiet, soothing atmosphere.

Open to the arts and cultural exchanges, the Tea House regularly hosts artists and performances, enriching the experience with unique moments. The adjoining shop offers the brand's full range of products: teas, Terra Madre spices, herbal teas, and accessories. The varied and renewed annual program includes ceremonies, tastings, exhibitions, workshops, and themed evenings, such as open days revealing the behind-the-scenes of production. The Tea School offers workshops and courses to deepen knowledge of tea in all its aspects. Finally, the five Japanese gardens, designed as living paintings, provide a unique contemplative setting in Europe, though entry is not allowed.
