Les Sheds - Café Theatre

Located in a renovated former industrial wasteland, the Les Sheds association runs a dynamic and versatile space dedicated to culture, sustainable food, and environmental awareness. This multi-service venue combines a café-theater-restaurant, a grocery store offering local and organic products, and a farmers' market where regional producers showcase their harvests. An educational garden complements the offering, providing a hands-on approach to sustainable agriculture and biodiversity.

The project, rooted in preserving industrial heritage and focused on social innovation, demonstrates that it is possible to operate entirely with products from organic farming, mostly supplied by local actors.
