Linden Tree Restaurant

Founded in 1926, this Alsatian restaurant was run for nearly a century by the Muller family, becoming an iconic place of conviviality in the village.

After closing in 2024 due to the retirement of its owners, it was revived in March 2026 under the leadership of Basile Brandel and Mélanie Davrot. These new managers are committed to preserving the soul of the place by continuing sincere and authentic cuisine, focused on local specialties such as wood-fired tarte flambée and traditional Alsatian dishes, all homemade.

Their commitment is reflected in the careful selection of quality products from local producers and village winemakers, as well as a demanding choice of premium beef meats. The drinks menu also highlights wines and other local products, carefully selected to accompany the dishes.

It is this blend of tradition, quality, and simplicity that defines the identity of this place, where people come as much for the taste as for the authenticity.
