Lindenhof Farm

Located in Hagenthal-le-Haut, Lindenhof is a farm established in 2002 by a group of farmers. Specializing in dairy cattle breeding, cereal production, and poultry farming for direct sale, the farm has 600 cattle whose milk notably supplies the Ermitage cheese dairy. A model of caring livestock farming, it emphasizes animal welfare and passion for the craft, embodied by five young farmers determined to continue this family and local agricultural tradition.

Lindenhof is also the originator of the Agrogast fair, a major event in southern Alsace that gathers about 140 exhibitors and welcomes nearly 25,000 visitors each year. Since 2023, the farm has offered its products in an on-site shop, where you can find eggs, whole or cut chicken, potatoes, apple juice, fruits, vegetables, and beer from local productions.
