This 40 m² apartment, located in Colmar just 250 meters from the pedestrian zone and the tourist center, is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Accessible on the ground floor via an independent entrance, it is quietly situated in a small inner courtyard with garages and flower beds, away from the road.

The accommodation includes free private parking within the condominium and a secure bike garage for cyclists. The west-facing living room is bright and equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and sofa.

The functional and well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, multifunction oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and tabletop grill. The bathroom offers a 70 x 160 cm shower, a vanity with storage, and a hairdryer.

The bright and spacious bedroom is decorated in a cozy style with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a two-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The apartment is also equipped to welcome families with children (travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bath seat).

A washing machine and cleaning products are provided. All tourist information is supplied to optimize your stay: villages of the Wine Route (Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Hunawihr), museums (Hansi, Bartholdi, Unterlinden, Toy Museum), Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, Stork Park, Eagle Aviary, Monkey Mountain, Alsace Ecomuseum, Vosges Regional Park with its Farm Inns, as well as Europa Park 35 minutes away. Memorials from both World Wars are also nearby.

The accommodation capacity is 2 people, with a maximum of 4. Nightly rental is possible depending on the period, but in high season, stays are only from Saturday to Saturday. Household linen can be provided as an option (€8 per pair of sheets, €4 per person for towels), and a cleaning fee of €40 is offered. Holiday vouchers (ANCV) are accepted.
