Local Products - Guillaume Bissler Farm

In the heart of the village of Sentheim, this farm offers a diverse production combining tradition and quality.

It mainly raises sheep, complemented by a few Highland Cattle cows, known for their flavorful meat and hardiness.

Visitors can purchase lamb meat, available by the piece or in boxes, as well as artisanal lamb charcuterie: merguez, chipolatas, and sausages. Highland beef is also offered in boxes, but only by order.

To discover these local products, the farm regularly attends the Masevaux farmers' market, held on the second Thursday of the month from April to September.
